Quality Building is a residential home builder and general contracting firm, building luxury homes and duplexes in the Tidewater Region of Virginia.

Since 1987, we have been committed to building lasting relationships right alongside our award-winning projects. We started small, lean, and flexible–believing that attention to detail and earning our clients’ trust would set us apart from our competitors. And as we’ve continued to grow in size, scope, and speciality, that same commitment to quality has remained.

The firm has been led by Jeffrey Francis and his Superintendent, Danny Schacht, for most of our history. During the summer of 2018, Jeff’s two sons, Wills and Wesley, decided to move home from Chicago and Newport Beach to contribute to the growth and evolution of the family business. Following successful career beginnings in advertising and branding, the two brothers are excited to help drive the company forward in new and exciting ways.
